Granada Home Away from Home

When I entered the hotel room in the Hotel Dauro in Granada, I was immediately struck with a sense of disappointment because as an American, I am used to bigger rooms for the same price, about $80 US a night. But...I have to say that very soon afterwards I realized the true value of that hotel. The staff were superb! Every single one of them was friendly, very willing to help with questions, even offered a couple of times to escort us to places personally! I found everything I needed there. They had internet connection for keeping in touch with family and friends, they had a great location, walking distance from a lot of major spots in Granada and close to the Corte Ingles department store. The bus for airport and bus station stopped just outside plus all the city buses. It was a great choice.

Unique Quality: Balcony that opened to the street but it was not, amazingly noisy there! Just a nice cozy little hotel with very friendly people. I came back 3 times.
