Mojacar. I'd read about it several times in motorcycle magazines, as it was the end of an annual motorcycle run from the UK organised by Ken Craven. Rooted in a time when intercontinental travel by motorcycle was the province of the rich rather than a "sport" available to all.

My first visit was on a ride up the N340 from Tarifa to France, stopping in Mojacar at the Parador.

My last visit was on a weekend ride out from Murcia that took in Cabo de Gato and finally Mojacar for the night.
