Hotel la Fuente de la Higuera Hotel la Fuente de la Higuera is a converted eighteenth century olive mill set in ten hectares of olive groves located 6km outside Ronda, Andalucia, Spain. It exudes an atmosphere of tranquility with open stone work and rough-hewn honey-coloured marble. The predominant theme of light extends from the terrace and pool garden through the atrium and into the heart of the hotel. The sense of space continues all the way up to the tower suite with its spectacular views of the Sierra de las Nieves and the outskirts of Ronda.
