Travel Tips for Salobreña

watch dolphins from your villa

by Tayto

we rented a fantastic villa from Margaret Lingwood (Lingwood Immobelia in Salobrena). The road rises sharply and winds up the cliff on the road just outside the town. There are fantastic views of the town and the sea.

Salobrena is a small village about and hour and half drive east of Malaga. It is a small seaside village with an old fort perched high on a rock overlooking the bay. The old town has narrow streets that really test your driving skills.

It is lovely to wander around and have a beer or coffee and eventually work your way up to the old fort with spectacular views
