Outside the center yet good Bus/Train connections
We stayed at Hotel Bellavista Sevilla during Feria de Abril 2010. The room was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant.
Although not in the center, it's fairly well connected: the Bellavisa regional railway station and #37 bus stop are 600m and 200m away, respectively. Trains from the Bellavista railway station travel to the main Sevilla Santa Justa station every ~30 minutes, the journey taking 14 minutes... timetables and map here: http://www.renfe.com/viajeros/cercanias/sevilla/index.html
The #37 bus has a stop 200m away. Buses pass about every 15 minutes and travel to the Prado interchange, which is close to Plaza de Espana. The Prado interchange is the starting point of the streetcar that goes to Plaza Nueva, as well as buses to many parts of the city, including Santa Justa station and the airport.
To get to the Feria, we would use the bus stop for #37 located at the intersection of Av Manuel Siurot and calle Cardenal Bueno Monreal [gps 37.368127,-5.985398]. From there the Feria is just across the Puente de Delicias [Delicias bridge] to the west. This bypassed the huge traffic snarls on the Puente de Remedios
