good service quality

I stayed 2 days in Hostal Lis II last week. I paid 18 euros for a single-room. It's really hard to find however they were very helpful. it's in convenient location and operating 24 hours.

Pretty little hostel in the city centre

This hostel is situated in the city centre along a quiet street just off several busy shopping streets. A single room was rather small with very few things in it, but it was pretty indeed. There was a window to the internal corridor, bed, a bedside table, another small table next to the window and the sink and a a few coat hangers in the room. The toilet and shower were shared by 4 or 5 rooms and were located in the hall.

The deco in the hostel is very pretty and colourful. The only drag about the hostel was really the fact that it was very hot on the top floor and there were mosquitoes in my room! The next day, I had red itchy spots all over my body. Not very pleasant!

Being a hostel, it was noisy in the evening when people were arriving back to their rooms. There is nothing in the room except for the bed and the wash basin, so you won't spend very much in the rooms unless it is for sleeping. I felt that the hostel is fine for a short stay, but would become boring if you stayed longer.

They do have internet access downstairs as well as a luggage room (which seems to be some sort of store room as well) in case you want to leave your bags there should you arrive early or might wanna pick them up after having checked out, but there is no breakfast room or TV for guests. There is only a vending machine outside selling coffee. There is no lift, so the top floors are not accessible for wheel chairs. However, they have some rooms downstairs as well.

Laundry service and free info about the city and the sights. Friendly staff. Leave your key at the reception when you go out - you cant really forget because the key ring is massive!=)

Hostal Lis II.

Unique Quality: This small hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are pretty small, but it is well priced and quite central.
I stayed three nights here and I think it was 3500Ptas a night for a room without a bathroom.
A breakfast place is close by and you have a choice of cafes in which to fill up.
