Hotel Patio de las Cruces

Great value hotel

I decided to stay in this hotel basically for its low cost, we payed 48 euros in december for a double bedroom. We have been really happy with our choice because it turned out to be very basic but very clean and with all we needed for our three days stay.
It is in Barrio de Santa Cruz, the medieval area of town. The streets here are very narrow and it can be a little confusing to go around, but with a bit of patient and a good map (the one they give at the tourist office in the airport is very detailed) it is not too hard.
The hotel is in a old "patio house", basically it develop around a traditional square patio, nicely decorated by colorful tiles and wood furniture. The reception is open 24/7 and the three guys we met there are all nice and helpful even if there will be a bit of language barrier as only one of them speak english. They know some other european language like italian that helped me.
We had room number 3 that is in the ground floor. It was basic and small but the bed was confortable, everything was clean. The ensuite bathroom had a big shower and provided soap. The towel were changed daily.
They dont provide breakfast but they have a coffee machine and a soda machine at the reception. Breakfast places can be easily found in the streets nearby.
The rooms are all covered by wi-fi and for those who does not have a laptop there is a computer for the guest in the patio.
We had a really early flight back to italy and they provided us a taxi at 4.20 in the morning asking the day before.
Some people said it was very noisy, and probably it can be a reality during the good season where everybody get out at nigth to party and enjoy the cooler air, but in december it was pretty quiet and we had no problem.

Unique Quality: Great location, you can basically walk all over the town or easily hop on a bus. Very nice decoration, it give you the impression to be living in a Sevilla house, so different than being in one of those international hotels.
