Great Hotel and such value for money!

Staying in Seville in the 39 degree heat in July is crazy to most Spaniards which is why us sun hungry Brits get hotels like this for so little. 6 nights for £35 a night!! it's 4 star, has a beautifully large pool and lounging area, 4 restaurants of varying quality but it offers choice none the less. The buffet breakfast is incredible, you won't need to eat until sundown! check if it is included in the price or not though, you could get stung.
The short bus journey for 1 euro into town is no hardship and to get the pool and the luxury for the price its the only answer.
Beware of rogue cab drivers over charging from the airport. A cab from airport to this hotel should cost 20 euros, not the 40 we were charged, be firm with them! Take a phrase book and learn a bit of spanish, things like water, beer, the bill. it helps.
Great!

Great hotel: modern and impressive.
Rooms are large and very comfortable. The hotel has a large and beautiful swimming pool with solarium. Also breakfast was very good and with plenty of things to choose from.
Staff are friendly and very helpful with everything.
It is perfectly connected to city centre by bus (ticket is € 1) and very close to Lopez stadium of Betis soccer team (if you like soccer that's a great plus).
All in all it is really "luxury" and absolutely to recommend!
Reasonable hotel

I stayed in this hotel for a 4-day long business meeting. The hotel is a bit out of the city, but there are always taxis available, and the taxi ride to city centre is around 6-7 euros, so not bad!! The food was ok, the cleaning service is not ideal, you may need to call the reception for soaps etc. There are no irons in rooms. If you are lucky, you can get one of the three irons available for the whole hotel. But then; they dont have ironing boards. If you want to leave your shirts for ironing, you have to explain everything to the reception, and you have to hope they understand it. Also, one night I did not have hot water, well not so hot anyway, I suspect they have solar heating system and the water gets cold during night, but thats not something you expect in 4 star hotel. They also did not have ADSL connection in rooms, but I think some rooms have Wifi. Anyway, overall, I did not have any major problems, but I stayed in better hotels in Spain.
