This hotel is very welcoming with helpful reception, and in two min. walk there is the best restaurant in town Restaurante Modesto. Book early for dinners, and go early (before 2 pm) for lunch. Always full with best ham and cheese tapas in town. Back to the hotel, it is a more private hotel with not many rooms (under 20) but very friendly environment. There is an excellent bakery just near the corner of the street to your hotel - you can get a nice loaf there. 5 min walk to the famous Flamenco place Los Gallos, Alcazar and the Cathedral. I spent two nights here, and had already visited all sights in Sevilla including the other side of the river bank and do some local shopping in the "Open Court" supermarket for a classy but cheap dinner with wine, salad, sauages and bread, crisps and dessert! The stay was very nice -- our room has a nice balcony overlooking at the tiny street of Barrio de Santa Cruz. Everywhere is within walkable distance and a taxi ride to the train station is about 15 Euro where from airport is 25 Euro.
Great value for the spacious rooms, privacy you can get and great location in Barrio de Santa Cruz.
