A Barbate district - Pedanía de Barbate

Zahara de los Atunes is so small and it has not its own town hall because it's under the goverment of Barbate's city council. There is a small council office not far from the church to run some administrative affaires.
zahara de los Atunes es un pueblo tan pequeño que no tiene ayuntamiento propio, sino que depende del de Barbate. Hay una pequeña oficina municipal no lejos de la iglesia para atender algunos asuntos administrativos.

A tourist coast resort in between Barbate and Trafalgar, great for surffers and other water sports (well as most of the area) and incredible beaches.
Great for excursions on bike or hiking due to the proximity to the natural parks.
In between Conil and Barbate through the coast Road

For a long time I was willing to go, I was in the 90?s and habitual of CAdiz area, but this place was still unknow until the summer of 2002, when I visited with Zuzu, I promised myself i had to come back.. and I did at the begining of the 2004 to celebrate a new year ...
The 8km of incredible beach is a very interesting resort and still unspoilt ......
maybe because communications are not great (roads in bad state... etc..) but it has a promissing future ...
"Dusty and dry Andalucia?"
