Christmas belen
Typical Spanish are the Belenes ( Belen is Spanish for Bethlehem) for Christmas, it´s a - sometimes lifesize- composition of Josef, Maria and Jesus in the stable. The biggest I saw sofar was in Zaragoza at the place of Pilar, in front of the church. It actually was like a route you had to wak, finding at the end the depiction of the three being visited by the kings. Really a pleasure for the eye, and different from the christmastree I am so used to.
