Depends how/from where you are coming from by car, you can find parking at the train/bus station in Delicias or just before going in casco historico (old section) there is parking and tourist information desk at antigua estacion del Portillo along calle Jose Anselmo Clavé.
This is where i usually park when coming from Madrid.the Portillo parking you can walk into the old section righ behind the plaza de toros (bullfighting ring),which has another parking next to it, but a bit more crowded than the others i mentioned.
My hotel for the weekend there has been the Hotel Silken Reino de Aragón,Coso, 80 . You need to check for updates because not been on it for a while as usually i just go for the day, cruising when I have the family with me. you find it in city center near Plaza de España,just a few meters from it.

close to all in the city center casco historico (old town), modern, great views of the city ,and great friendly service, when in town my choice, but it has been a while as usually go in and out by car,so check for updates.
