Colosal edificio iniciado en 1948 para albergar la primera Universidad Laboral del país. Sorprende por sus dimensiones, la riqueza de materiales y la reutilización de modelos arquitectónicos clásicos. Destacan el teatro y la iglesia. Que bonito!!
Gijon is one of the principal Asturias places with is situated in the north of Spain. One of the main places, Cimadeville was buit by roman people.
Gijon has a big beach, a Chillida´s monument, good meal and much more. I lived here time ago cause I did a cello course with russian teachers in the Laboral University.
This is a buiding with was buit in Franco´s time an dictadure. Is one of the biggest buildings you can find in all Spain. In the same construction you can see a Church, thousands of rooms, and a theatre whose main frontage is a reproduction of the Athens´ Partenon.
The building seems to be a fortification in case of war.
Nowdays needs being reconstructed because the humidity has damagged it.
