Right next door is a Spar supermarket, you are right on the seafront and a short walk up the street is the pedestrian shopping area. For the price the room was perfect. A bedroom, bathroom, living/dining room and a galley kitchen. Obviously could use a renovation but kept very clean and the staff were superb! There are two pool areas, the one for the apartments being much quieter than the hotel pool. ´
We booked for the room only which was a good thing as there was no food available in the hotel apart from at the bar. However, there are so many places nearby for breakfast and you have the advantage of not having to be up at a certain time.
The noise from the two Brit bars nearby is quite loud but at midnight it stops. As you you will probably be out yourselves until this time it is not a problem.

We stayed two weeks here in the summer of 2005. The apartment was spacious with 1 bedroom, a galley kitchen, living/dining room and balcony. The apartment was clean although we were only serviced twice in two weeks. There is no aircon, only a fan so it did get rather warm. The cooking facilities were a bit limited so we ate out every night but we did enjoy our breakfasts on the balcony. All in all not a bad place to stay.
There is no pool, but you can use the pool of the Hotel Castell Del Mar across the street. The localation is superb as the beach is right in front of the building and a pedestrian street full of shops and bars in the other direction. Just next door is a the Trike shop and they offer motor trikes to rent and bicycles and next door to that is a really nice cafe. I have stayed 3 times at this hotel and enjoyed every time although the hotel is very popular with the Germans. It is a 4 star aparthotel which means you get an apartment, but as it is "all inclusive" there are no cooking facilities only a fridge. Also tv with German channels and a safe.
The service is good there is a wonderful spa with saunas etc an indoor pool and three outdoor pools. Tennis, archery, loads of activities for the kids..annoying animation staff that make noise all day whilst you are trying to sleep off the night before! But I can live with that.
The meals are all buffet although there is a restaurant but I don't think it ever gets used. There are two bars one of which is outside by the pool, food is good, so are the drinks.
I would recommend this place!
The pools are nice and clean and are in a nice palmed area with gardens around. It is a bit of a walk to the beach or town but they run a shuttle service during the day. The hotel serves buffet style food breakfast and evening in the large dining room with lunch being served in the poolside bar which is nice. There are also 3 restaurants (Sa Sinia, Es Molí, Sa Góndola) and a large lounge bar with entertainment every evening.
