San Antonio is a busy as you want it to be, yes you could go up and down the "west end" and feel like a sardine, or you could go to the bars on the s'Arenal beach promenade, places like bar m and itaca. Or you could give San Antonio a chance and take a trip up the west end with your friends, its really not as bad as people make out and with clubs/bars to suit every kind of taste in music, you'll probably find a place you love! plus its only reall to kill time until all the big clubs (eden, es paradis, amnesia, privlege etc) open at midnight!
You'll have a great time, and if you wanna meet up i'm in san an from the 3rd to the 6th, just send me a vtmail!

Travel Tips for Ibiza
Sant Antoni
by Jmill42
On the west side of the island is the second major city of the island, Sant Antoni. Es Paradis, Eden, Mambo, Cafe del Mar, among other bars and clubs reside here. It is HEAVILY touristed by British people, and most places have English menus and English speaking personel. It is THE place to be for the sunsets, and has a feeel much different to that of Ibiza Town. It is more of a fraternity party place to me, which is something I like to try to avoid at all costs. But, it also seemed to be the place for cheaper accomodation. That is why I chose to stay here, and with the transit system, it proved to be the smart place to sleep.

There are over 300 beaches on Ibiza, don`t be fooled into thinking that San Antonio is the be all and end all of the island, get out there and explore. It`s a beautiful place and you can always find somewhere to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet day or night.
WARM UP BAR
by pourparafor about THE ORANGE CORNER
THE ORANGE CORNER(www.theorangecorner.com)drinks here are cheaper than at Eden or ES Paradis. you can buy discount tickets to the major clubs here. The orange corner is the last beach bar before you get to Eden and Es Paradis.it has friendy staff and a nice view of san antonio bay. A great place to "WARM UP"! NONE I KNOW OF
A Bad Club on Ibiza?
by Jmill42 about Eden (Club)
Without a doubt, I could not have imagined a bad club being on Ibiza, but that is what Eden was to me. I am sure that there are some people out there who has this as their favorite, but to me, this was "any-frat-bar-USA". The club sometimes hosts English people only parties, and that suits me just fine not being English. At least we didn't have to pay for the 5 minutes we were there.
Top quality cooking
by Bris2002 about Restaurante Soleado
With tables on the waters edge is this culinary delight. Excellent, imaginative dishes, backed up with professional service and beautiful setting. I have put French above as there is a distinctly French twist to the main courses and the desserts, which I loved, Lubina en papillote- cooked in paper on a bed of vegetables- yummy!
