The Ferry
by johnnyo
Ibiza is so packed with people that they have a ferry the size of a cruise ship that goes back and forth from the mailand at least twice a day ... probably more. Nobody is shocked if you get tanked on board. Falling over the railing while pretending to be Leonardo DiCaprio in Titanic probably wouldn't be a good idea being that the movie sucked. Don't ask me why I thought of that ...
Confortably scuba diving in Ibiza
by davidlop
This is a just refurbished facility, spacious, situated just in front of the sea, on the shore, with lots of additional services and wonderful details, like a big grass garden where you can lay after the hard work, a snack and refreshment facility, a couple of beach restaurants just beside, plus some other water sports, like windsurf, etc. Not to forget, their staff is professional and good on their job, not to mention they're kind and friendly, you'll probably end your day having lunch with them... :-)
Seas around are great, with lots of life (being on the Mediterranean sea) and amazing spots you will remember for a long time! They rent everything, just bring your own equipment if you get it, and your certifications... or have an initiation course there!
Hippy heaven with a sunset (of course!)
by CarolynShort about Kumharas
Chilled out atmosphere.... to fit in a bit of sunset watching to chilled-out music. When the sun finally disappears below the horizon more people start arriving, to eat, drink and browse the couple hippy stalls which are set up every evening.
There is a nice looking restaurant (with cushions on the floor) - but I didn't get round to trying it bikini and sarongs mainly (and that's just the men!) ;-)

If it's thrillseeking you're after and If you've never been to a foam party in your life
the 'Espuma' night at Amnesia is the original and best!
You'll end up soaked and tired when they let you out in the morning and a long taxi ride back to civilisation, but it's outstanding fun
Disco bus - transportation to/from clubs at night
by glamourprincess
The discobus is a service from the bus company of Ibiza. The concept is transportation at night, especially between Ibiza town and San Antonio (Privilege and Amnesia are both situated on this route in the middle of nowhere). This year (2008) the fare was 2,20 euro.
The bus leaves from the Ibiza town bus station (a few blocks up away from the marina). They run approx. every half hour or so, and its fairly punctuate. The bus gets fairly crowded with party people and other more sober passengers but it is bearable.
