Clean budget hotel in residential district- Ibiza
We stayed for two nights at Maritimo in late September. The location is bang on the Figuerettas beach but all the rooms are not exactly beach/sea facing. We got one that only gave a glimpse of the sea fom the balcony. We were simply on a bed basis and so cant comment on food. The double bed room was fine, not much frills but spacious and comfortable.. bathtub and clean rooms.. I think it even had a TV.
Small balcony and some lay sofa seats. The place even had a lift.. although we used it only to go to the beach promenade that was atleast 2-3 floors from the reception or ground floor..
The people at the reception were ok.
Location: next to beach , about 5-10 minutes walk to the place(Figuerettas Rotunda) where you get down from the bus no: 10 from the airport. There are number of beach shacks and small restaurants 2 minutes from the hotel on the beach promenade. Its not the biggest hotel in the area so don't be scandalised if someone says which Maritimo? if you are walking down the place for the first time.. But the taxi chaps know the place well enough.
Since its not located in the most touristy Western coast of Ibiza its less noisy but almost equidistant to and from the key clubs-- Privelege and Amnesia.. Disco buses goes from the port area which I think was around 20-30 minute walk from the hotel.. or you can take the taxi which is about ten euro to the clubs.
Hotel also has a indoor pool but who needs a pool when the beachs right in front. The beach itself is not the best(Figuerettas) bit pebbley.

PLEASE HELP!!
I am trying to get in contact with a hotel I stayed in in Ibiza because I left some jewellery behind!! Can someone please get me the number??! I have searched on the internet but can only get booking agent numbers looking to make commission etc.!! The hotel is HOTEL MARITIMO in Figueritas, Ibiza town. I would really appreciate any help.
