Very very central
Every year that I go to Ibiza, I stay here. Its not the greatest as far as appearance and ammenities go, but it is right smack in the middle of Ibiza Town. You basically are paying for location if you book to stay here. Walk downstairs and you are at the start of el puerto where everyone goes to start their evenings off.
Unique Quality: Very very central and if you're lucky to get a room with a balcony you will have a view of the port.
