I and 9 other friends travelled to Ibiza to stay here for what should have been a 10 night holiday. Many of us have been to Ibiza before on a number of occasions and were thoroughly looking forward to another good holiday there. On arriving to the hotel at around 10am local time we were told our rooms were not ready and we would have to wait until 2pm to get the keys. We headed for the pool and waited for our rooms to be ready.
We decided to go out into the numerous bars around the West End of San Antonio on our first night. It was on returning to our hotel at around 3am local time that our holiday was ruined! We discovered that the 4 rooms our party were staying in had been robbed. Thousands of pounds of euro's were stolen in total as well as mobile phones and bank cards, all of these items had been locked away securely in suitcases. There were no signs of break ins to any of the rooms and all doors, windows etc had been left securely locked when we left the hotel.

On reporting the break in’s to the reception staff we discovered that we were not the only ones. Another group of males, all a lot older than us, who were on the same flight as us out to Ibiza had also had their rooms robbed and a young couple also staying in the hotel had their euro's stolen from within a locked safe in their room.

On informing the hotel receptionist of what had happened, he refused to phone the police as 'there was nothing they would do'. The security guard who was supposed to be on duty at the time insisted he had seen or heard nothing and didn’t know about any robbery occurring. After continually refusing to phone the police we decided that we would get a written signed report from the hotel receptionist of what we were reporting and take this to the police ourselves in the morning. He reluctantly signed the report which we wrote up ourselves and at this point we went to bed with the lan of going to the police the first thing in the morning.

Shortly after returning to our beds and trying to sleep our rooms were all stormed by the Guardia Civil, they proceeded to throw our suitcases out onto the corridors and told us to collect all our belongings. One of our party was slapped across the face twice while he slept by a male member of the Guardia and another member of our party was hit across the legs with a baton by the same male Guardia.

We reluctantly collected all our belongings together and made our way to the reception area where we were told we had to leave the hotel. The reception staff could not provide a reason as to why we had to leave the hotel and neither could the Guardia.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace and should well be avoided. Robberies are obviously a common occurrence here and the staff are obviously in on it.

Great Hotel for Party People

by TripAdvisor Member ladeda999

Me and my boyfriend had a great time at the Piscis Park Hotel in the first week of June. I think we got a bit lucky, as our room had quite a big balcony, plus an excellent view of the sea, with the harbour and egg statue right in front of us.

The location was great, we could walk easily to everywhere: cafe del mar, the west end, the beach, the restaurants. I wish we hadn't bothered pre-paying for dinners at the piscis park though, as the food was bizzare and sometimes all I could eat were the chips and bread buns. The food in nearby restaurants is pretty cheap, with many british, chinese, spanish, indian and even mexican options.

I thought our reps (thomson freestyle) were knowledgeable about the area, and good at getting people going when we went out on pub crawls/party boat/clubs.

All in all we had a great time, and for what we paid it was pretty much up to standard!

Hotel does what it says on the package!

by TripAdvisor Member Got_Skillz

this hotel does what it says on the package. its a simple clean 2** hotel. if u want luxury, air conditioning and kitchen facilities..look elsewhere. after i booked this hotel i read some pretty bad reviews on websites about this place and i was abit anxious. however, the hotel was much better than i had expected and many of the reviews dont reflect honestly of the hotel.

the staff are helpful and speak english and rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. the breakfast isn't all that - but to be honest, we only tried it once and didnt wake up on time to try it again!

some reviews commented on the security. the doors could probably be broken down if a bunch of mega strong guys wanted to get in - but this is very unlikely as most people are friendly or just mind their own business. but for my own piece of mind, i hired a safe secure deposit box which was worth it. 3 euros a day is all it costs with a 6 euro refundable deposit.

the location of the hotel is great. the beach is 2 mins away and its walking distance to eden/es paradis and the west end. the only problem is that the size of the pool isnt all that big in comparison to the size of the hotel so get there early.

this hotel is great for a place to get ready and sleep - it can get a bit noisy, but i think everyone is like minded there and its a nice cheap place to stay for when you go raving in ibiza! would recommend it and would stay there again!

Like a hostel

We have just came back and we tought that there wasn't much wrong with the hotel, food and cleanliness. HOWEVER the type of people that go there never appear to sleep- I can honestly say a never had one decent nights kip there and i partied like the rest of them. One night I was offered esctacy tablets by a fella lying in the corridoor with them in his hands, there was blood and poo in the corridoor another night. Balcony hopping is a major issue here- we couldn;t leave our balcony door open as we frequently had people climb onto our balcony and abuse us,leave dirty toilet brushes there and throw kebabs and allsorts on it. The reps will tell you that they think balcony hopping is a eviction offfence and the management take it very seriously- but they don't do ANYTHING. However the location was great but my advice woyld be to pay the ewxtra few quid and stay in the Bay- I will be from now on!

Good for northerners

by TripAdvisor Member upthehammerspaul

This hotel was okay. The reception is 24hr and very helpful, the staff and bar area are nice. Rooms are very basic as you would imagine but ok. Rooms are clean everyday, towels changed daily, bed three times a week so thats good. pool area too small to get any sunbeds ever tho so if your a pool person and not a beach lover beware! im 24 myself and like lively holidays with the boys (been malia, magaluf, malia, kos, falarki, laganas) but some of the herberts that stay seem to turn the hotel into a battle ground... i just dont understand why lads from liverpool are content on running round all night and day smashing chairs and tables and generally being idiots. i dont know how the staff put up with it, but once you smile and say thanks they will look after you. beware there are lots of spanish and italian tourists who use this hotel too. DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN!

Low Class Hotel

by TripAdvisor Member GlasgowAlbaG

Was on a stag week with twenty guys, hotel is in good location and is clean. Rooms are very basic, only a bed!! Pool is nice and staff are all friendly. Ideal for a stag week, nothing else. Very noisy at night if you come to Ibiza to sleep.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! me and my friends have just come home from Ibiza a few days ago and we completely loved it! we requested a lower floor and were worried that the noise from the reception and the nightclub underneath the hotel would be a problem. however, we were wrong! we didnt hear anythin from the nightclub and the reception is as quiet as any other place - probably quieter! we were bed and breakfast and to be honest, we didnt make it up for breakfast once so i couldnt tell if the food was good or not. however, the bar food was good and there was a range of food available. there are different people who stay at the hotel and they have different lifestyles, for example, me and my friends are not 'ravers' but stayed out really late, however, we tried to be considerate for the others that were staying at the hotel. some people throughout our time at the hotel thought it was funny to bobby-knock doors early in the morning which you didnt really need if you had not long gone to bed or had a hangover! however, when we shouted at them, they soon stopped! the weather was excellent and the pool was gorgeous! we had 2 fight for some sun loungers a few days but otherwise we used our lilos! the day before was came home, my friend cut her foot on glass which was on the bottom of the pool. there are clear signs saying that no food or drink bought outside of the hotel is to be consumed around the pool but people sneak things in which causes the glass bottles to be broken and go into the pool. howeevr, when she cut her foot, we had a HUGE bill to pay for the medical service of the local clinic. fortunately, the hotel paid for the services and we were not out of pocket!
we would recommend this hotel to anyone! our holiday was sooooooo good, we have already booked to go back next year!

Never choose this hotel!!!!

by TripAdvisor Member emotions77

Just can't believe the previous "AMAZING" reviews of this hotel. The only good thing is the location but for the rest just forget about it!!! There's loud music playing form the disco-bar near the pool every single night until 1.30 a.m.! People make noise 24 hours a day. You can always hear shouting, fighting, laughing and banging on doors at any hour. One night some guys had a fight and they even broke a window; glass was everywhere in the corridor where my room was and there was blood on the floor. The poor spanish guy working at the reception of the hotel had loads of blood stains on his shirt! The police had to come a few times during my stay which only lasted one week! Ibiza is a wonderful island but I'd never go back to this hotel again!

Nice clean hotel, great for ibiza

by TripAdvisor Member cutiechickno1

There have been some very mixed reviews which in my opinion i agree with both and before i went i was very nervous however i am going to try and be completeley honest.

The hotel first impressions were clean, quite basic and friendly.
Upon check in there scan your passports etc and give you a key and a key card which you leave every time you leave the hotel which enhances safety.

The room was a good size with a nice large balcony. limted clothes space and basic bathroom yet so clean.

Pool on the slightly small size was a good fight for a sunbed my advice get up and put a towel on a sunbed and return to bed or buy lilo about 5euros and lay on that in the pool.

Good bar selection, prices and service although very typically spanish laid back

Reps are reps and they tried to sell us stuff all the time but were very honest and helpful for directions and nights/days out.

Fantastic location not to close to west end not a trek when drunk home.

Rooms cleaned and fresh towels and sheets every day which for a basic hotel was fab.

Night times not for the faint hearted you either join the party animals or you don't. There was some noise around 5am where people were coming in but most people are there for clubbing if not don't stay here.

There is a no noise policy after 12 and most people have said about noise did anyone report it. we did one night music and the guys at reception took it very seriously and came straight away to sort it out. and they do try there hardest but can only do wat they see. any trouble report it

Balcony hopping can happen here. For safety keep you balcony door closed only happened once to me but just don;t do it and keep safe. Nasty drop.

The food is a no, i dont think spanish quite get the food right in basic hotels and the organge juice in horrid stay away

Overall ive stayed in bettert but ive stayed in worse was very good for the holiday and i think this is a fair review some i have read are very exaggerated. There have been reviews about violence and that but although i havent experienced anything off hand i do feel that these things happen in even the best hotels
which i have heard and seen in england.

Just use the hotel as a base and have a great holiday in ibiza and go to mannumission at privleige great night

good location, bad hotel!!

by TripAdvisor Member Butterball07

i stayed in this hotel for a week in July, the hotel is in a great location! for those of you who know San Antonio, Ibiza, its right beside 'the Egg', a close walk to Eden and Es Paradise.
had a great holiday, although couldnt sleep as the hotel had no air-con an it was just too hot!! i didnt mind that much cus i hadn exactly gone to Ibiza to sleep!!

however, on the last night, i discovered that the hotel staff had been opening my room door all week to anyone who asked! the only reason why i found this out is because on the last night a number of people had managed to climb onto my balcony while i was in the room, they wer knocking the balcony door asking me to let them through my room into the hotel (clearly they wernt guests at the hotel). as you can guess i told them wer to go.... next thing my bedroom door opened, in came a member of staff and opened my balcony door to let them through!!!!! i was bloody ragen!!! then i was told by the member of staff that this had been going on all week while we wer out!! he seemed to think that this was reasonable enough! im jus glad i didnt have anything valuable sitting out in my room!

so if you decide to stay at this hotel, make sure you lock your balcony door.. not that it would matter too much cus the staff will open it anyway!!! ENJOY! :)

The Hotel was situated in a prime location for the ferrys and Bus station and the rooms were basic but clean.
Reception staff were helpful, but the staff who worked in the restraunt were awfull, lets say, do not take your time in turning up for any meals and they snatch your plate away!! The food was very poor and very very noisey which spoilt the holiday.
We had 2 silly lads, in the next room who thought it was acceptable to allow people in to stay the night and basically make as much noise as possible without any consideration for anybody else, but they were that bad they had a written warning from the reps.
I would not stay here again which is a shame, the local people must get really cheesed off with all the drunks, it ruins a lovely place.
