Located in a quiet yet in the midst of Can Pastilla. It is 50 meters from the beach, public transport stops is just a few steps away. Many shopping possibilities nearby. Has friendly atmosphere and friendly personals. The rooms was neat and has daily housekeeping. The two barmen were great !

We had great holidays in this Grupotel ! It is situated directly in front of the wide Can Picafort beach. The water there is not deep so this is perfect if you travel with little children. The Hotel is small but beautiful and it’s not expensive. We had an apartment near the pool and this was ideal for us. At one side the promenade starts at the next hotel, so you easily have your walk there. On the other side the 17 km long beach of Alcudia invites to long evening walks.

Double bedroom. Living room with couch. Kitchen. Bathroom. Heating/ air-conditioning. Direct dial telephone. Satellite TV with music channel. Safety Deposit Box. Terrace or balcony. Apartments for 4-5 people have in addition a second double bedroom.

I stayed at this hotel when i was at college studying travel & tourism there were a huge group of us & we were all staying on the same floor which was great. The hotel looked fantastic from outside, its set right on the beachfront & is close to the main resort of Palma & also the livelier resort of Magaluf which is great for a night out.
id recommend this hotel to anyone, it is perfect for all ages, mainly mature couples & groups in the winter but good for the younger ages in the summer.
This hotel is based on Half board, i dont normally like half board as its the same food almost every night but the food here is fabulous, lots of choice to pick from & the desserts are to die for... you will definetly be going home abit heavier hehe.
The inside pool is great for the winter months too, its a nice size & there is also a jacuzzi which is great after a day out walking around Palma.

 Not a place for a luxury

Despite all of the negative qualities: lack of cleanliness, pests, shabby furniture, and no A/C, the apartment did have one nice quality. It was right across the street from a beach. It's a one way street and traffic was not bad. Roll out of bed and onto the beach. Lots of cheesy tourist shops and restaurants if you like that kind of thing.
The price rating below is just a guess, based what on what I've seen on the Internet.
When we were last in Mallorca, we drove down to the area to check if anything has changed, and it looks like the area is getting a facelift...new roads, etc. C'an Pastilla is apparently the "old" tourist spot.
Embat might be more suitable for people that are really on a tight budget. However, I would hope that there are budget places that have a better standard than this.
