Good hotel in Cala d'Or
We arrived at 12:15 pm, but our room wasn't ready until nearly one hour after. What a rip-off! It did look like in the brochure but don't get fooled - Esmeralda Garden is *NOT* located at the beach, but its sister hotel Esmeralda Park is. This is also where the breakfast was served. We had booked the breakfast at home but when we arrived we had obviously been given the wrong card and they wouldn't let us in - although we had already paid 200 euros! Also, at the pool area there were several germans and english who reserved sunbeds although it wasn't allowed. Other than that it was OK but I must say I am somewhat unsatisfied with this hotel.
