I stayed in this hotel in 1995. So things might have gotten better or worse since then. It is in a suburb of Palma overlooking a golf course and a few tennis courts. I had to take a taxi every time when I went out. That was my only complaint. The service was first class as you would expect from a 5* hotel. Breakfast buffet was served poolside. I was enjoying a make-to-order omelette every morning and at the same time feeding a black cat hiding under my table. (Wow, that was 11 years ago, is he still there?)
