Palma de Mallorca Tip
This is a view of our yacht in the marina. This was my 'home' for two weeks, and therefore I have no 'Accommodation' recommendations, other than to say this was a great way to live and explore the surrounding islands.

Hi,
You can check out the following link and check out the cost by fery for the dates you want. Aprox. between 42 Euros for a normal ferry and 54 for a fast ferry. A return ticket might probably cost you slightly cheaper
http://www.balearia.com/
Check out also the possibility of flying there for aprox. 150 retun. always depending on the dates at the following link - www.trabber.com
Hope it helps

Maybe after a long walk or some hours listening jazz in the Barcelona Cafe U will want to rest for a while, drink something and taste some "tapas". Bellver bar is a good place to do so. Near all the bars usually everyone goes to drink and listen to music is a quiet place where to enjoy good service and taste some beers. Casual
This restaurant has long been a favourite of mine and the whole family infact. It is just outside of Santa Ponsa (about 20mins from Palma) set in an attractive stone building with an open, pretty courtyard, perfumed with jasmin.
The menu is varied as it includes typical Mallorquin dishes together with some Catalan options and 'international' dishes too. A good mix of fish and meat are always available and the array of starters and tapas are endless. Food quality and presentation is very good. Endives with roquefort - yum!
It's hard to miss the cathedral, but if you do, you should have a look for it! I didn't go inside (although I've heard it's a bit disappointing), but even just looking at it from the outside it seems pretty impressive.
I'm not sure why, but the cathedral just sticks out in my mind as 'being' Palma....

- Third: Capilla de Santa Ana (St. Anne's Chapel): Typical Levantine gothic architecture.
