Sexy Hotel in the Heart of Palma's Old Town
Terrific hotel in the heart of the old town with swishy bar and great restaurant, well managed and very stylish
Unique Quality: great facilities, especially now with the addition of Puro Beach - travel in a Hummer to get to Puro on the Beach (a 10 minute ride) from the centre of the City to an idylic beach resort with black pool with underwater sound system, yoga on the roof in the morning, breakfast, lunch and dinner catered for and surrounded by the Med!

Where to stay - centre of Palma
Hi
We are going to Mallorca in February next year, and would like to stay central in the centre of Palma. We are not looking for a bar/disco/beach area, but rather the most central part of "real" Palma.
I can see on different hotel informations that they call places Palma even though there is 10 minutes drive to the centre.
Which area should we stay in and can you even recommend a good and cheap pensión/hostal/hotel?

Hello, I cannot recomend any motel/hotel because I just live here, renting a small apartment with my girlfriend. Many people just rent a room or an apartment for a week. But this is only on high season because all the hotels are full. If U plan to come february most of the places will be empty and even closed. Palma is a small city that´s why people still call Palma to places 10 minutes away in car. I recomend any place inside Palma, maybe near Paseo maritimo to enjoy the sea breeze. Other place could be near Plaza de España, is in the center, close to the train and bus station. Also the historic center is nearby.

Hotel Born is just off the main shopping street its an old palace converted to a small hotel, there is a hostal in the old part of palma (La Llonja) called Hostal Ritzi great postion. If you are looking to splash out try Puro Hotel or Hotel Trez both in the same part of town.

Hi,
We stayed at The Costa Azul which is right on Paseo Maritimo overlooking the bay, marina & Cathedral. We were pleased with the hotel and it's in an ideal location. Bus number 1 from the airport stops right outside the door and it's an easy walk to the town centre or Cathedral. See my Palma page for more details.
