We stayed at this hotel the week before our cruise. We had booked two standard rooms they were lovely but no sea view.We went to reception and asked if we could change our rooms for sea views,a very nice manager said he could not give us sea view rooms but we could have a look at a two bedroom sea view apartment ,the views were awesome the apartment was huge and had two bathrooms,it was on the top floor. The towels were changed every day and beds changed every second day.
Unique Quality: The pools were beautiful and were kept very clean. We were half board and the food was great.the staff were very helpful and very polite. The hotel is in a lovely area very quiet which suited us,don't go looking for a pint for a euro as you won't get it but you won't get kept awake with loud drunks either.
Hi there,
I'll be arriving in Palma in 3 days time and I'm wondering if there's a public bus from the airport to Calvia. It's the area adjacent to Hotel Roc Illetas on the coast.
Many thanks.
Olly,
Your hotel is in the administrative area of Calvia but NOT the town of Calvia.
You will find information about the bus service (bus no. 1)here:

Thank you Anne Marie!
I got the idea I have to take bus 1 to the city center and then change to bus 3. The only thing I don't have a clear idea where exactly in central Palma I have to change buses.
Olly, you take Bus line 1 to the bus station at Placa Espana and pick up Bus line 3 in the same bus station. Another site to check is
http://www.emtpalma.es/EMTPalma/Front/lineas.en.svr?accion=entrada&cod_linea=1
where they have a little interactive map of line 1, in fact it looks like Bus line 1 probably goes quite near your destination but i didn't have time to go into detail...Enjoy your visit, Anne Marie
Thanks a lot Anne Marie!
Now I'm completely aware of all the details of the bus routes intricacies in Palma the only thing it looks like I will have to apply my knowledge at somewhat later stage as the Icelandic volcano affected my flight to Mallorca! It was cancelled:( Nevermind I will be back with revenge:) One day!
Olly, What a shame! I hope you get there soon, Mallorca is a beautiful island. All the best,
Anne Marie
