Hire a car when in Mallorca and drive up to the mountains. Pass through fabulous villages such as Valdemosa, whereyou can visit the old monestry, but the best is sitting in a restaurant on the front at porto soller, surrounded by the hills and having dinner and wine, listening to the waves splash up onto the beach. If you have too much wine you'll find that the hotels are moderatly priced(even for a sea view) After dark standing on top of the castle at Tossa De Mar. The sun has gone and it is still warm, look out to the sea with the moon reflecting and down to the town below. Simply magic.
