Indautxu Hotel
They have two types of rooms (I guess)....if you book through the internet, you will be put into the older area, where its ok to stay....but the carpets are not upto the mark of a 4* hotel.
Unique Quality: They provide a complementory wine bottle, but it is served only if you go to the restaurant and order something....strange, their restaurant open only at 9:00pm in the night!!!

Good price-quality ratio
I had to find quickly a hotel in Bilbao, and all I was offered was this. I dind't really see the service while I was there, but I was working all day and I can't really tell. The facilities where excellent, and my room was a simple one. One of the best I've ever seen in a four stars hotel. The hotel is quite close to the financial center of Bilbao, but not exactly there. You have to walk for about ten minutes. Overall, a quite good hotel, and quite cheap for what it offers.

A good place to stay in Bilbao if you don´t want to sepnd a lot.
