Comortable Aparthotel in the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Rooms consist of 2 beds, a sofa where 2 people can sleep, a small kitchen and balcony.
Other "luxus" as air conditioned are only provided in the lunch and lounge areas, and no swimming pool, but on my opinion is good value for money.
Most guests are spanish, there were few Germans or British.
++ Very friendly and attentive staff
++ Lunches are no buffet, but good quality, tasty Canarian food

large hotel with verdant interior, including own waterfall has relaxing feel and friendly staff. Tropical gardens with pools have gate to beach. Rooms look out to sea with views of Los Cristianos, around 15 minutes walk.
Buffet restaurant above par.
In-hotel drinks etc very reasonable.
Each bedroom has own balcony (make sure you go above floor 2 to avoid shade from the palms in the garden), large bed area with sitting space and well equipped bath/shower room.
Minutes drive or walk to bustling Los Cristianos, but entriely peaceful. Theme: HotelComparison: more expensive than average

Stayed here for two weeks in September 2006. Hotel is basic but for the price you can get rooms for this is to be expected. (I paid £170 for two weeks hotel, self catering apartment)
Rooms are cleaned 5 days a week and are cleaned to a good standard. Rooms are a decent size and you obviously have a small kitchen should you be unlike me and not rely on fast food etc!!!) Pool is average size, however, I don't recommend the pool bars food though!! wasn't the best. Staff are very friendly.
Hotel is pretty much in the centre of Las Americas. Walking to the beach takes around 10mins max and to the lively Veronicas area, around 15mins.
There is a small hill leading up to the main entrance but it should cause anyone any problems.

Beautiful Hotel, lovely pools and many different restaurants. Breakfast Buffet wonderful with lovely fresh fruit. Possible to book a different restaurant in the resort every day for a one week stay. Good kid's Club. Accomodation excellent and newer part of Hotel across bridge to existing part

A common theme for me in my trip away in 2009 is to get away for a night in each port and enjoy a stay at a good hotel, my first stop was in Tenerife and I chose this hotel based on the styish website and it's location on the edge of the town centre.
I was hoping to check in earlier but work called and I eventually checked in at 6pm and was given a simple double room. I used the excellent power shower to revive me before heading down to the busy bar for a few drinks.
When I got back to my room I made a Skype call to home using the free WiFi before having a good nights sleep. I'd to be up and away for 7am so didn't get to use all the facilities but the restaurant fixed menu did look very good value and the staff were excellent.

When we saw the room at first we were dissapointed, because we saw the huge, spacious room on the brochure and we got one small. But, soon we got used to it, because it was lovely. And staff is friendly and they serve nice buffet breakfast. This hotel is mostly frequented by businessmen. It is 5 minutes walk from the center.
