This is by far my preferred hotel to stay when I go to Tenerife South. The Paradise Park is a place for relaxing, enjoying good cuisine and feeling among friends. I always book by their web www.hotelparadisepark.com because they have better rates and it's safe. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tenerife.
Unbeatable views, pools, solarium, spa, beach transfer

I recently stayed in this hotel and really enjoyed it. I was looking for a calm place to get rid of the city routine and I found it here. It's in the south area of Tenerife, in Los Cristianos, and features great facilities. We stayed in a Junior Suite that we booked by their website www.hotelparadisepark.com at a great price.
This hotel has a Spa with lots of wellness programs and hydromassages. The food was good, specially at the Atlante restaurant and there were about 5 or 6 pools, jacuzzi and solarium included.

It's officially 3 stars hotel, but practicaly I would give to it maybe 2 stars. The good is that it is located in the main square Candelaria. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was poor. If you go a little bit out of the main square, you can find much better hotels for the lower price. ALL HOTELS ON TENERIFE ARE ASWELL FOR ADULTS AS FOR FAMILY!!! Hotels in holiday sector are allways for complete families , aswell adults as children. All depends which period you are traveling , if are are here at this period for ex , you will have complete peace in all hotels as examen period is near and no childeren are on holiday. If you are traveling without travel agency you could try Hotel Reveron in Los Cristianos , this is one more specialised on buissness people , so very poor occupation by organised travelers with children . More info , no problem I m still here untill juin 5th , so no problem Greetings, Albert Theme: HotelComparison: more expensive than averageAddress: Los CristianosDirections: near the central place and near the beach (5min walk)

Island Village is a time share complex on the hill side behind the Water Park. We booked the holiday off Teletext so was a bit worried if it was all above board as we hadn`t done anything like that before. We needn`t have worried as everything was ok. The apartment we stopped at was right at the back of the complex up several steps and slopes.
The room we stopped in was quite nice although the living room doubled up as a bedroom with the settee converting into a double bed and the kitchen/dining room doubled up as another bedroom with a camp bed. The room had all the things you need to make your stay comfortable, tv, kitchen equipment, iron etc. From what I remember there are at least two bars and two pools as well as a childrens play area. If you have trouble getting around Island Village isn`t for you, it is on the side of a hill with loads of steps. We went to Puerto Santiago May 28 to June 04, 2004. Some of the apartments are owned by islanders who come down at the weekend, so it tends to be full. During the week, though, it was fairly quiet. One side was still under construction internally. Our side. Fairly large pool, 200 yards from the sea, but the better beach was 15 minutes walk. The place as a whole was pretty good. As with most areas, the roads were a bit iffy, but they are doing these. We had constant sun, around about 23 - 26 celsius. Theme: OtherAddress: Jardines del Mar, Puerto Santiago

I have stayed in Las Floritas twice, and although the last time was some ten years ago I decided to write a tip now as the complex is still there and is a good sample of what's available at the lower end of the market. One of the good things I felt about this complex was that it had actually improved in services and maintenance the second time I stayed there. Many of the apartments are owner-occupied, which may go part way to explain the good levels of maintenance. A low rise complex, at the highest point there are just three floors. The develoopment consists of spacious one and two bedroomed apartments with a seperate kitchen/living area in each. Built in a circular shape, the apartments overlook a meandering river-like pool which courses through the development. It's not the best for swimming, but is great for cooling down. In a relatively quiet area, it's about ten minutes leisurely walk to the beach and two minutes walk to the lively Irish Pub, Murphys.
Clean, pretty, lots of lovely flowers, low rise, and in a quiet area - what more could you want? Theme: OtherComparison: less expensive than averageAddress: Playa de las Americas, Tenerife.
