"Where the Action is!"
We rented an apartment in Laredo for three nights and used it as our home base while traveling around Cantabria and the Basque Country. Our apartment was right on a popular plaza and at the end of a street full of bars. It was a three-day weekend and there was a Beer Festival going on in town. It may well be the noisiest place I've ever slept! But.... I DID sleep (between interruptions!) and I was completely charmed by the apartment AND Laredo!
"Well, I guess this says it all!"
This wall hanging boasts of Laredo's convenience and solidarity. Well, it certainly is convenient to some of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life. As for solidarity, well who am I to question?
