Has anyone stayed in this hotel? Supposed to be a three star, site looks nice:

Thank you Juan/Mercedes. Yesterday I was getting a little stressed as someone pointed out how difficult it could be to find a good place to stay in August, so I hurried up and reserved Villa de San Vicente - but it's reassuring to know it's new.

Never heard of it. Must be new. Try the Boga-Boga, Miramar, Cantón, or Luzón! All long established, and all folk whom I knew when I lived there.
Voilà un de ces petits ports avec plage adjacente comme je les aime.
Juste assez de monde pour que les restaurants soient ouverts et pas assez pour se bousculer.
Nous avons même pu nous parquer le long de la promenade maritime.
Bonne cuisine de produits de la mer et montée au château pour perdre des calories.
Un peu de soleil eut été le bienvenu!
