Excellent service and value for money
Stayed at the Hesperia Hotel in Toledo in May 2004. The room was great for our 3 night stay. The staff were very friendly and we thought it was a nice touch that the beds were turned down every evening and a chocolate left on the pillow. We did not eat at the hotel because we wanted to make the most out of the day by walking straight up to the town. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the main attractions of Toledo, however, this did not bother us and gave us great exercise.
Unique Quality: We were fortunate enough to be allocated a road facing balcony room. The balcony was really big and overlooked the bull fighting ring. Thankfully there were no fights on during our stay but the view of the stadium and the hustle and bustle down on the street made a nice area to relax and have a coffee in the morning.
