Festival!
Aside from the pottery fair there was also a weekend festival going on. Spain is full of these and it's just wonderful to see everyone out and about and enjoying themselves.
Dancers were on stage doing some sort of local jig... Dare I say they were jiggy?
Casa de los Botines
This building is one of the few works by Catalonian Architect, Antoni Gaudi, that lies outside of Barcelona. Gaudi is the most famous architect of the Modernisme movement in Spain. The restrained structure shows elements of his later style with its turrets and windows. Unfortunately, the building now holds bank offices and the interior is not accessible to the public, however it is still worth admiring from the outside. Many local artists congregate in front of this building to sell their paintings, making for a nice artistic atmosphere.

"Beautiful City"
I only spent a couple hours in Leon, waiting for a bus transfer on my way to Bonar, but I enjoyed my hours there. The city is very beautiful and quite different than the cities in the north of Spain. I didn't take any pictures while I was there (duh!). The most beautiful thing I saw in Leon was the beautiful cathedral, shown here. This photo is take from a tourist guide I picked up from a visitor's center.
