£7ish equivalent when I was there.

Unique Quality: Very cheap. Not the least bit luxurious but it was murder to find a room which did not involve a terrible number of steps up - which I can not manage - and the owner was extremely kind and helpful both to me and to others. A very convenient location. Shared showers and toilets. Not exactly a hostel but I find it difficult to fit a cheaper hostal into the categories given. Not much English spoken.
