A little off centre
I had spotted a poster advertising this hotel as we drove into the modern part of Soria and so when we found our first choice of hotel Full we made our way back, following the signs up the hill to the Hotel Meson Leonor. It is just across the road from the Ermita de Miron.
They had a room with great views and we were delighted with the location.
The hotel had a homely, slightly old fashioned feel to it but I loved the restaurant - which was I recall - down a couple of stairs and had alcoves and arches with a windows looking over the valley.
We had a very good meal there with excellent beef and pork dishes - served just before the arrival of a large group of ladies who arrived by coach.
It was clean and comfortable and although ready for a bit of a refurb we were very pleased to have chanced upon such a good place in such a lovely location.
Judging by the website it has had the refurb!
