This hotel is a 3 star hotel. Don't let the rating fools you. It is super clean, wooden floor, very spacious ( comparing to other similar rating European hotels), marble bathroom, room has the internet connection (RJ-45), cable TV (CNN,BBC,MTV..), in room safety box ( 10Euro initial deposited and is refunded upon return the key), minibar, excellent service. It located in the EIxample, surrounded by restaurants, residences, supermarket across the street, cybercafe near by ( 1.80 Euro/hour). Aerobus stops 2 blocks away. The disadvantage : Metro station ( Entenca and Hospital Clinic) is a little bit further away ( 6-8 blocks).
It faces the Ave de Roma, so it can be a little bit noisy. Try to get the room in the back. It is quiet.
I did not how much the cost for Aerobus from airport to this hotel. However, for the trip from this hotel to airport, with the Barcelona card, i paid 2.95E (can't quite remember).
