Euroadventures Tours

by cyadancin

We are interested in finding out if anyone has experience with the Euroadventures tour company AKA EA tour specialist? We are planning a trip to Barcelona arriving on November 20, 2010. We can't find anything posted for this company and would like to get feedback from anyone who has used them before we sign on the dotted line...
Thanks

I don't know them, but they pop right up on Google.

Unless you actually prefer organized tours, Barcelona is very easy to visit on your own.

The Bus Touristic (HopOn/HopOff) is great.
The tourist office on Catalunya Square has marvelous walking tours for a very reasonable cost.
The public transport system (metro and bus) is very good and easy to use.

Just some food for thought.

Just came back from BCN and saw their pamphets at the hotels, but like the others said, BCN is easy to tour on your own with the hop on and off bus.Read some of the blogs from other VT'ers, they are very good and informed. I rented a bicycle at five euros a day and covered a lot of ground. Cheers Tommy x

Travel Tips for Barcelona

Don't worry about your water supplies!

by J.I.M

Barcelona can get very hot at times, so it's essential to keep yourself well hydrated. However, don't worry about carrying around lots of bottles of water like I sometimes do! You can always take just one and refill it at one of the many drinking taps around the city.

DEMONSTRATIONS 3

by Maria_75

And yet another demonstration...

I'm not quite sure what this one was about though. We saw lots of other demonstrations too, but I think it's enough with three on these pages... ;)

(Can anyone tell me if it is normal with so many demonstrations, or if it was just something special while I was there?)

Red hot Chili Choco

Red pepper in a cup of hot Choco drink, Fantastic Moka-Espresso , in the "La Granja" , which is kind of milky bar with the expertise of making chocolate drinks .

Great Architecture

by Gili_S

Barcelona has one of the greatest architecture I have seen in Europe. It was just great to hang around and see all those beautiful buildings, old and new next to each other in peace and harmony. I added here some of my favourite photos of building in Barcelona.

Arc del triomf

by tompt

Designed by Josép Vilaseca, the red brick Arc del Triomf was the entrance to the World Fair in 1888 in the Parc de la Ciutadella. The arc is in mudéjar-style and has pictures of industry and trade on it.
