Website and Name of This Particular Hotel

We are trying to book a family of four. Does anyone recall the website or name of this three star hotel. It's locate facing Passeo de Gracia and in the same bldg. adjacent with the famous "LA PEDRERA". This three star hotel is located on the second floor, nothing fancy but very reasonable price. Thank You very much.

I did Google Map on Casa Mila (La Pedrera) in barcelona.,+Carrer+de+Proven%A7a,+261,+08008+Barcelona,+Spain&gl=us&ei=yAZWTbjOPMKutwfg3MyIDQ&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=title&resnum=1&ved=0CBEQ8gEwAA

In above google map link, click on Satellite view to see if Google labeled the area you are looking for.

Is it Hotel Paseo de Gracia?

Travel Tips for Barcelona

Beach of Barcelona

by Raimix

The place in historical Barcelona, where land connects the sea is called Barceloneta and Port Vell. Barceloneta was a fishing village long time ago, nowadays here is a beach of Barcelona, and walking here you see tall buildings of Olympic village, as well as a hotel with a shape of sail.

Another territory – Port Vell – is a place where supermarkets, restaurants are located as well as lining bridge and Aquarium (museum of sea habitants).

Postal information

by acemj

Barcelonas's main post office is located at Via Laietana 1 down by the port (Tel. +34 93 310 04 04- Mon-Sat.: 8 to 20 h. Sun.: closed. Go for stamps, parcels, telegrams, telephone, telex and fax).

You can buy also by stamps to send letters in any tobacconist's ("estanco") and in some hotels. They can then be posted in any of the yellow postboxes spread around the city.

Are you ready to exercise your Spanish language?

by ARoman

Good, but remember that the first language there is Catalan! On signs, you'll find the Spanish version only third, after the English one. That should suggest you the delicacy of the subject... Of course, they will help you anyhow if you try to communicate in Spanish directly.

Diving and swimming pool, Montjuic

by kerouacsdog

If you like swimming/diving, then you must come to this place, as this was the setting for the diving competition at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, and also for Klie Minogue's video, 'slow'!
It has stunning views of the city.
Entrance to the pool is about 5 euros.

Magic BCN

by aliante1981

This is a cool attraction, whether youýre a child or not (like me!). What it essentially is? Itýs a full 40 minutesý ride to enjoy the countryside, scenes, monuments from many countries of the world (a must for a travel junkie like myself:)) ) - in the form of special effects, of course. There may be queues in summer, so be warned! 6 and 7 PM each day are main sessions, and there are also three more of them during weekends. Passeig de Lluis Companys 10-12 is the address to put into your address book.
