The City Park Hotel Nicaragua

The accommodations weren't cheap, but they weren't the most expensive. The room was decent at best with a not-so-comfy bed and tiny space. The bathroom was large and certainly a plus. For what we paid, the room was acceptable. We were also displeased seeing people smoke on the non-smoking floor.
It was located next to a small park/plaza which was nice and it was just a couple of blocks from Estació de Sants.
