    Hotel located right in the center of Barcelona, in the main walk (LAS RAMBLAS) of the city, in the gotic-roman quartier, and near the port.It is near to all kinds of cultural visits and activities; near to the Olimpic Villa, golf clubs, tenis courts, swimming pools, beaches, etc...

    I was not sure about the hotel after reading many comments about the area, as south ramblas at night can be not 100% sure specially if you look like a foreigner, you become inmediately a target for the prostitutes around.

    But the situation just at the Ramblas is great, the place is being renavated and has a great facilities for a two stars hotel.

    If I come agian as couple I will repeit again there :-)

    We bought it through www.atrapalo.com (a spanish web site) for 199 euros for 3 nights (In other webs it was for around 300 so we were very happy)

    The hotel, with address La Rambla 19, is located in the most typical and traditional promenade of Barcelona, La Rambla. It has a privileged location as a centre of tourist and historical curiosity with all kinds of shopping, open air cafés, not far from the beaches and the harbour. Good connections to the airport and the main railway stations.

    The hotel has a meeting-room, a snack-bar, a summer pavement café and a TV room.

    All rooms have bath, telephone, air-condition, central heating.

    • Our stay in Hotel Arc La Rambla was great given the price that we paid for the hotel. It maybe a 2-star hotel but it is equipped and structured as a 3-star hotel.

    Staffs were attentive, courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the bar lady was very, very consciencious with our needs.

    Hotel Arc La Rambla is located in the heart of the La Ramblas, very near to subway stations Liceu and Drassanes so this is one of the hotel's advantages.

    It is also a 2-star hotel but is definitely equipped more than it's category. A good hotel for at an affordable price.

    Small and clean hotel at the Ramblas, close to the Colon statue. I don't know how the other rooms are, but mine was a little bit "decadent". Beware with kids at some hours if you don't want to explain how to make a baby ;-)
