Staff is friendly and facilities are nice. We asked the staff many questions about directions, where to eat, etc. and they replied in understandable English and were always helpful and friendly. However, there are no clocks in the room and the safe costs 4 euros per day for use. The largest problem is that the air conditioner, for whatever reason (I believe they turn it off to save money), turns off at night. The rooms reach ~90 degrees Fahrenheit while you sleep, and you wake up in a pool of sweat. My family and I stayed there for two nights, and we asked the front desk about the problem in the morning after the first day and the second night as well when the problem occurred again. The staff said they would look into it, but there was no change. The "lack" of A/C is the reason for my low rating. If you can stand sleeping in really hot conditions, the hotel is quite nice. Also, we were travelling with another family, and their A/C was not working as well. It's around 200 per person per night.
P.S. We did open the windows the second night once it got hot (we had woken up from the heat.), but when its ~90 in the room and still about ~70-80 outside it takes a while to cool the room down. Also, it is loud at night, which makes it hard to sleep as well.
