Barcelona has monuments all around
The last time I was in Europe I brought home a bottle of Cinnamon and Clove flavor liquore (Tentura)and loved it. I have been unable to get it here in the U.S. I will be going to Europe again soon and would love to bring home a few more bottles. Does anyone know if I can buy this in Barcelona? Thanks, Irv

Tentura is surely cinnamon liquor from Greece. In Barcelona you might find it in some Greek restaurant, however I doubt if you can buy bottles to take home. Try the following Greek restaurant there - www.latabernagriega.com this place is located at the following address -

Visit Park Gruel. Take some luch and beers and chill out for a while on the most comfortable chairs you'll ever find in a park (and grooviest I must add). Dancing to the crack of dawn down at the Leisure centre clubs. They had a instructor in the club teaching everyone how to salsa. Yeehhhhhh It was so much fun.

Monserrat produces a good bottle of anise flavored liquor, of which I am consuming a cool cocktail of right now, so please go to the other websites for more historical details of this great monastary. There's plenty of hiking in the rocks around the monastery, and inside there are plenty of religious relics to appreciate, but mostly this is about the funicular and views from above. Don't forget to buy the Aromas de Monserrat before heading for tram down the cliff.
