how could i go to lisbon from barelona?fast train? does anyone know the webpage for that?THANKS
You can go by train, yes, but it is a long journey (14+ hours).
http://www.bahn.com/i/view/overseas/en/index.shtml
will give you train times and details in English.
The Spanish railway website may give you times, details and fares in English:
http://www.renfe.com/EN/viajeros/index.html
It might be better to fly with a budget carrier. If booked well in advance fares can be very cheap.
www.skyscanner.net will give you carriers and (usually) cheapest fares for your route & dates. There are several carriers, including Easyjet, Vueling and TAP. Book on the airline website.
fast plane :)
if don't have loads of luggage
and it is not for tomorrow , check out airlines
Vueling , may be ryanair*(which airport?) + watch their conditions and price strategies

A :)
My recommendation is the plane, but if that's not an option for you than you have:
- bus - Barcelona - Lisboa sete rios or Barcelona - Lisboa oriente, look at www.alsa.es (you can have discounts if you book +30 days in advance), it's a long journey.
- train - Barcelona-Madrid (AVE or other train) and then Madrid-Lisboa (TRENHOTEL - you can have a bed in this train) also a long journey.
thanks for the tips,i will see if there are any reasonable flights, othervise maybe consider South France,i have 7 nights and maybe 4 days is enough for in an around Brcelona? or do you think i need all 7days for this lovely city?
I'd go by planme; check:
- www.Vueling.com (Spanish company)
- www.easyjet.com (British company)

take time out to discover as many of the wonderful neighbourhoods as possible. to an outsider everywhere in barcelona can be magical, it does have a pretty unique feel.
one amazing neighbourhood where many people spend an absolute lifetime is called gracia, it's just above the centre of town and is very much its own community with loads of great eating spots, bars and the excellent pair of verdi cinemas which also show great movies with the english soundtrack intact!
placa del sol at the centre of gracia has a great concentration of bars and gets really lively at the weekends, especially bar mond, centre of barcelona's pop phenomenon!
the gracia authorities are trying to quieten the place down about so outdoor drinking and eating may fade out soon which is a shame. my favourite thing about barcelona is spending all night having a laugh and then staying up to enjoy the sunshine the day after. sitting on a beach after my first sonar stands out in particular.
this photo shows how beautiful barcelonan sunsets can be too - taken from the barcelonetta end - great part of twon for little cafes and just wandering around chaotic streets.
Wild drums, music, and a celebration with dragons at La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona Spain. My first night in Barcelona I was sitting a quiet little sidewalk cafe near the Sagrada Familia. Suddenly I heard drums and wild music. There was some sort of celebration taking place in the streets and headed towards the Basilica. I ran with my camera down the street and followed the parade. There were young men inside of dragon costumes with fireworks shooting out of the dragaons mouths. The drums kept getting louder and the dragons danced in the street in front of the Basilica. I have no idea what was going on or what the celebration was about but it was wild and great fun.
The Estadi Olimpic was built for the 1929 Universal Exposition. Its opening football (soccer) match was a victory for the Catalan side against Bolton Wanderers--little known fact I got from my guidebook. It remained open until the Mediterranean Games in 1955, then fell into disrepair. Extensive works for the 1992 Olympics involved lowering the arena by 11 meters to creat the extra seating needed for 55,000 spectators. Most of the track and field events and teh opening and closing ceremonies were held here (remember the archer lighting the torch way above the stadium?).
Today the stadium is used for mutiple events. Here you see it being prepared for an event sponsored by "La Caixa" a large Barcelona bank.
Figueres.Museum of Dali.
It's amazing place. The more time you spend there, the more you can appreciate and be open to see the world from Dali perspective.
If I'd put it in some travel category, I'd call it 'Travel with your mind'
