I got the the hotel after 11 hour flight and with two very heavy bags, There was no one to help me with the bags or show me to your room. My room was so tiny after I put my two bags down there was barely any room for me to move around. The shower was extremely small. The view from my room was another rooms window. There were no flowers any where in the hotel. A very impersonal place that was designed for basic accomadation. I only had breakfast here, the staff did not smile with anyone in the dinning room. Even though eggs and such were included unless we asked it was not offred. Requesting anything that was not on the buffet table took longer than it should to arrive and was not served with a smile. I would never go back to this place and I very much hesitate to recommend NH Numancia.
