Great Hotel
The Park Hotel is a great place to stay and very convenient to the waterfront, the Parc de la Ciutadella, Barri Gótic. The staff was great...friendly and talkative (with the exception of one or two who were more quiet and reserved). They took an interest in the guests stays in Barcelona and gave geat information as to the places to visit and places to avoid...all on a positive note. The hotel had such a great Continental Breakfast, it was more like a full breakfast.
I am planning to return to Barcelona next year and will definately stay at the Park.

Small and overated
It is not bad place to stay, but I thought that It was pretty overated.
The rooms cannot be smaller, they are nice but way too small. Also it is really noisy.

Park Hotel - enjoy your stay!
Having escaped from Stalag 'Santa Marta Hotel' we crossed the road to the Park Hotel. What a difference! Nice people, nice hotel. Barcelona isn't cheap, but the Park is good for the money. An easy minutes walk to the tourist bus stop.
Unique Quality: Friendly, clean, breakfast is excellent.
