it's for hostel reservations, and the one in barcelona can be boojed on line. A part from this ones, there are more, but private. I don't think
another site i've found: www.hostelbarcelona.com. you can find several in there.
About hotels, to tell the truth I've no idea but it'll have to be a low-star rating place to be cheap.
