Nice location but problems

Arrived in December .Easy to get to on the metro from centre of city. Green line 3 and get of at Mundet. Short walk from Metro to Hotel. It's modern and set in a very safe, leafy university campus on a hill overlooking the city. Some people who stay here are students and others are tourists. Tourist get the back room with no view. I was deceived as in the photos they show a room with a beautiful view out the front. Superior single room was somewhat disappointing. Bed uncomfortable and tiny fridge broke down meaning that i couldn't keep cool drinks! Circuit board was hanging from the roof of the fridge which was very dangerous! Bathroom is nice with modern fittings and shower very good. WIFI Internet was the worst thing about Agora. Hardly capable of loading images and very slow. Free however. Cleaners arrive at 7:30 and hang around all day chatting and doing things in the corridor. You feel harassed to leave your room and even when you return in the evening they are still there!! Even someone cleaning and rustling refuse bags on Friday and Saturday evening at 9pm! There was someone fixing something in the corridor at 23:30 on Friday evening!Certainly no noise proofing and so everything going on in the corridors you hear in your room. It was very noisy at times. Very strange constant eery noise from window in my room as wind hits the frame. Heating and AC worked well.
Breakfast excellent and once again you share the dining room with the university students. Security poor as anyone could walking into the building unchecked, however they cannot get into the rooms without a key.
Overall I expected a little more although it's got to be a lot better than some of the rabbit hutch rooms you'll get in the centre of Barcelona.
