The bar was very smart,and a bit expensive,but seeing as its a 4* hotel,it was as expected. The buffet at breakfast was really good,for 30 Euros,lots of fresh fruit and croissants.
The rooms were very smart,lots of 10mm thick glass everywhere,very bright and airy rooms.Very comfy,fridge,plasma screen tv etc !!! Charlie says its much better than a tent in Devon ........anyday !!!
Very smart hotel,4 star,very welcoming staff at reception,I booked it thro` www.expedia.com and got a twin room overlooking The Sagrada Famila,the hotel is next to Barcelonas equivalent of londons "Gerkin",a huge office block that can be seen from anywhere in the city.
Theres a pool on the roof,overlookig the port area,unfortuanately a tv film was being made at the only time I wanted to go for a swim !!! A Spanish Tv comedy...Well I didnt know the stars !!!
Very hi-tech trendy hotel, with amazing modern rooms with brilliant views of the city.
Laterooms offer rooms around the £40 mark, which is great value for Barcelona and an excellent saving from there normal £200 per room rate. Excellent restaurant within the hotel with a fabulous tasting menu, fairly pricey though, but hey, you saved money on the room!
