We returned from this hotel today 26/09/09 after a 3 night stay. We asked for a sea view and also confirmed this by phone with the hotel and had a 1st floor room overlooking the kitchen area at the side of the hotel, not to worry we didn't come to stay in the room.
Our only request was for 2 extra pillows these arrived after asking three times and two day7s late ( so we got to use them just ).
The room was clean and spacious the only good point, the warm ( supposedly ) food was a disgrace if you didn't join the cattle run when the dining room opened you were left with no choice as dishes were not replaced when emptied, on our last night we decided to be the first in what a big mistake it was the Catalan night, the food looked good and tasted crap how you can burn a sausage on the outside and leave it raw in the middle and cold beggars belief.
On our final breakfast before our flight home a comment was made that the bacon needed crisping up a bit if it had a head it would still be squealing.
I have stayed at the HTop Royal Sun in Santa Suzzana this year and just can't belive this hotel is from the same group.
My advice to anyone wanting a great hotel in all aspects is to avoid the HTop Group and try a Fiesta hotel you will never write a bad review.
This is not a moan on the internet when we got home the staff at the hotel were told exactly the same.
