taxi from girona to calella

does anyone know how much a taxi is from girona airport to calella?my wife and i will be arriving from blackpool on the 3rd may mid afternoon for 5 nts,staying at the calella palace.any info on hotel or possible taxi share will be apprieciated.also will it be hot?

plenty of taxis outside the terminal and the cost will be approx 40 to 50 euros I always stand and wait until I hear someone going to same place and offer to share it works 99% of the time most of the taxis are eight seaters so even if there is a party of four or five it is still possible to share and finally yes it will be hot unless you are very very unlucky have a good holiday

Why dont you just jump on a train to Calella it is only a few euro, and the train station is just outside Gerona airport

Me and 18 of my good friends from school went for an insane party trip to Calella. Callela itself was quiet, since it was off season. I would like to warn you guys about a travelagency that fixes sporttours to calella to universities in England. When the agency is there they book all the clubs worthwhile and the other tourists must stay outside!!! You easily get to barcelona by train, 1 hour trainride which cost about 5€. If you want to eat good food aim for the restaurants that look expensive, coz they usually aren't. You can have a luxorious meal for 25€!!! Energydrink with alchol in bars are very expensive, up to 10, while everythiung else cost between 4-7 euros..Beer you get for 2.. We, idiots as we were went swimming in the sea in the night. Don't do that! We could have drowned! haha.. The hospital in calella is very full at all times 24/7, I had to wait for 6 hours.. People there very seldom talk good english, so you better have a good dictionary with you.. tell you more in the specific areas!
